Who we are.
‣ Red Circle is a mid-sized, full-service advertising and marketing agency with over 25 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Our core business is Native American communities and Native-owned casinos—155 to be exact—as well as a diverse roster of additional clients. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best resources and insight they need to make their largest economic resources (casinos) as successful as possible. This, in turn, allows their Native communities to thrive.
‣ We give our clients a full-circle experience—from data-driven insights all the way to breakthrough creative executions. Our agency provides fully integrated marketing support across brand strategy and development, campaign conception and execution, TV and video production, creative services from A to Z, photography, digital marketing, media planning and buying, audience targeting, sponsorship strategy, social media, direct marketing, database marketing, CRM-driven communications, analytics, and performance reporting.
‣ At our core, we are a strategy-led agency. We believe effective marketing starts with understanding the relationship between audience behavior, business objectives, media alignment, messaging, and measurable outcomes. Every recommendation we make—from media investments to creative execution—is rooted in purposeful strategy designed to help our clients grow revenue, strengthen their brand, and build long-term customer loyalty.
Where we are.
‣ Located in the Whittier neighborhood of Minneapolis, and kiddie corner to the Prodigal Public House Bar, we are just a mile south of downtown and 2 blocks to agency favorite: Luna and the Bear restaurant. Our beautiful (and newly purchased) office has a open and inviting main floor and a cozy basement with seating for any size group. We’ve got a fridge full of beverages, fun gatherings, friendly people, a flexible, hybrid work schedule, and a festive Christmas party to boot. And yes, there’s a patio to enjoy aforementioned beverages.
